You've Got It Maid Cleaning Services is offering two plans on selling Commercial and Janitorial Account's Plan A and Plan B.
 
Plan A
 
  1. You've got it maid is selling accounts for 3 times the monthly gross, for example if the account is $1,000 a month the total cost on the account is $3,000.
     
  2. You got it maid is also offering you to put down a payment of 1,000 dollars and the balance is to be paid off in six months. 
                                        
  3. We will be taking 10% per month to do the billing and managing on the account, we are only acting as a managing company.
     
  4. We also guarantee the accounts for a total of TWELVE months in the event of bankruptcy, change of management or if the company moves, but we do not guarantee unreliability, poor workmanship or theft.
 

(i.e. an account that cost $1000 per month the total cost is $3000. you down payment will be $1000. and the balance is $2000, which is to be paid off in 6 months at 10%  intrest. which will make your monthly payment $366. once the balance is paid of in six months. the you will gross $900 per month.)

 
 
Plan B
 
  1. You’ve Got It Maid is not a franchise like other companies such as Jani-King or coverall cleaning concepts. Our job is to simply get you started in the cleaning business, so you can go out on your own and develop your own cleaning accounts.

  2. We sell our accounts at a cost of  (4) FOUR times the monthly gross of the cleaning account, for example if an account has a monthly gross of $1000.00,that account will sell for a total of $4,000.00.

  3. We also guarantee the account for a total of TWELVE  months in the event of bankruptcy,change of management or if the company moves, but we do not guarantee unreliability, poor workmanship or theft.
  4. We are acting as a marketing and consulting company only. You will do the billing and managing of your accounts once they are paid in full, and there is no monthly royalties fees involved.

Independent Contractors Information For Residential Accounts

    1. We offer the house cleaning accounts at a cost of  (3) THREE  times the monthly gross.

  2. We do not retain any monthly billing or monthly  management fee for these accounts.

  3. We do guarantee the accounts for a period of Six months in the event the customers moves or  

  can no longer afford the service, but we do not guarantee unreliability, poor workmanship or theft.     

 

How Our Program Works

 

     1.  Once you have decided to go with our company,  we will begin to develop accounts in your area, we will try to keep the accounts within a twenty mile radius of your home base.

  2.  It normally takes about anywhere from one to three months to develop $3000 dollars in monthly billing.

  3.  We would require that you come to our home office in Florida for complete training in  our cleaning and marketing program, which primamarly consists of basic janitorial cleaning, and preparation on how to bid cleaning accounts.

  4. We will take care of all your hotel accommodations and transportation for your two day stay in Florida.
